A preapproval from our preferred lender, Mortgage Concepts, is required for all buyers that need financing. Please speak with Crystal Skybinskiat 313-917-7913 and provide all necessary documents. If she does not answer right away, please leave a message and she will call you back. Crystal will then provide us with your preapproval.

While we do not require you to use Mortgage Concepts, there are incentives if you choose to work with Crystal. Joss Family Homes is excited to offer $3000 to $5000 towards closing costs if you use our preferred lender. Offer amount is site dependent.
