Joss Construction was established on the morals and principles passed down by two generations. Ryan Joss the founder is a third generation builder. The son of Mike Joss, Livonia Builders, and nephew of Danny Veri, Livonia Builders, both of which have been extremely reputable builders in the Ann Arbor and Detroit areas. He was raised on his family’s job sites and learned the intricacies of what it takes to be a professional builder.

Ryan started off as a laborer and worked his way up to superintendent by the age of 21. He has built homes in Illinois and Michigan expanding his knowledge of the trade. His expertise and dedication set him aside from the rest. Joss Construction’s sole purpose is creating perfection and they intend to get as close as possible. As his father would say, “Build it like it was for your mother.” And we take that to heart in every project.
